why I'm building it
In my career as a software engineering manager working on mission-critical telecoms and infrastructure software, I learned a lot about software quality — how to reason about it, how to create strategy for it, how to investigate it, and how to achieve it effectively. I also saw how much the industry at large did not understand these things.
